In a small food processor or blender, process all ingredients except oil
and puree.

I do not see a puree ingredient listed. Please explain.

Dear Ruth,

Thanks so much for your question on our Pomegranate Meyer Lemon Salad dressing recipe. After reading it over – I see the confusion and will edit the recipe right now! The directions should say “In a small food processor or blender, blend all ingredients except oil.” I hope that helps and thanks for the opportunity to clarify and improve our website!

Sincerely,
Jodi Spindel

Jennifer,

i don’t think we ever responded to your question from last May – my deepest apologies! This is the time of year to find Meyer lemons and they should be in the produce section of your market. In some areas, specialty markets such as whole foods are the best place to find these luscious citrus fruits!

Sincerely,

Jodi Spindel
