Pomegranate Reduction for Steamed Vegetables

Serves 4

  • 1 large bunch of your favorite greens (Bok Choy, Collards, Red Swiss Chard etc.)
  • 4 tsp. Olive Oil
  • 1-2 cloves of fresh chopped Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Spindel Farms™ Simply Outrageous!™ Pomegranate Vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper as desired

Heat Olive Oil in a large saute pan over medium high heat. Add Garlic and stir quickly until just brown. Add Vinegar and allow to simmer until reduced and just slightly thick. Then add your rinsed greens; toss until wilted.
